Terms of service
By buying or using a NimbusAI plan you agree to these terms.
Plans & billing
- Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in PayPal under Payments → Automatic payments; service runs to the end of the paid month.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment that covers hosting for the lifetime of the NimbusAI service, with no renewal fees. It's subject to fair use and to these terms.
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
Acceptable use
- No sending spam or unsolicited bulk email from our servers. Accounts that do are suspended without a refund.
- No malware, phishing, illegal content, copyright infringement or abuse of other customers' resources.
Service
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own backups of important data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Customers: name, email, chosen plan, affiliate code and PayPal transaction ID.
- Subscribers: name, email, the date you joined and your consent.
- Affiliates: name, email, promotion channel and audience size.
We use this data to deliver your service, send emails you asked for, and pay affiliate commissions. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by PayPal under PayPal's privacy statement.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time (GDPR / CCPA rights). Just email us at the address below.
Anti-spam policy
✅ NimbusAI only emails people who signed up themselves. We never buy lists, scrape addresses or send unsolicited email.
- Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 days (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- We log when and where each subscriber gave consent.
- Affiliates must follow the same rules. Spamming a NimbusAI link ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission.
Received an email you didn't ask for that mentions NimbusAI? Report it to us and we'll investigate.
Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.
- If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund to your PayPal account.
- After 30 days, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime but past months aren't refunded.
- Accounts suspended for spam or abuse aren't eligible for refunds.
Affiliate terms
- Commission: 40% of each paid monthly payment from customers you refer, and a 150 USD one-time bounty for each Lifetime sale.
- Referrals are tracked by your promo code or your
/pricing?ref=CODE link.
- Commissions are paid monthly to PayPal for orders older than 30 days (after the refund window). Refunded orders earn no commission.
- All customer payments go only to NimbusAI's own PayPal account. Affiliates can't access, hold or withdraw customer funds; NimbusAI sends each commission to you.
- Allowed: your own content, social channels, and your opt-in email list. Not allowed: spam, fake reviews, bidding on the "NimbusAI" brand name in ads, or misleading income claims.
- The program is capped at 50 founding affiliates. We may approve, pause or remove affiliates at our discretion.
